TRAINING PLANS
Triathica training plans provide you with the big picture as well as detailed daily workouts designed specifically for you. All of our training plans are formulated into nine week “periods.” A full year consists of five periods for a total of 45 weeks (we let you take the other seven weeks off – not really).
Each period consists of three, three-week cycles. Each cycle includes a “moderate” week, a “maximum” week and a “minimum” week. In other words you’ll work hard, really hard, then easy. And actually “easy” is a bit of a misnomer. While our “minimum” weeks are designed to help you recover from your previous week’s training many of the workouts will be equally intense, just not as long.
You can purchase Triathica training plans in any increment of nine weeks and we have prices available for “Regular” and “Associate” members.
Each training plan gives you unlimited email access to a Triathica coach. Personal and telephone consultation is also available for a fee.
