BIKE
Efficient cycling includes many elements such as your power-to-weight ratio, proper bike fit and form. The good news is that proper training can improve your power-to-weight ratio, and bike fit and form are attainable.
The goal in the bike leg of triathlon is to go as fast as possible while exerting the least amount of energy so you’ll have something in the tank for the run. Many triathletes push too hard on the bike leg, which gives them a disappointing run leg. Others are too conservative on the bike leg and lose ground to their competition they can’t make up on the run.
We’ll help you improve your cycling performance including your steady-state cycling rate, hill climbing ability and the intricacies of triathlon bike racing.
Our USAT certified coaches will work with you and the many tools we have available including our certified FIST bike fitting, CompuTrainers, CycleOps 300PT cycles and Dartfish software to help you improve your triathlon cycling.
