VIDEO ASSISTED COACHING

When a coach tells their athlete to try something different it is sometimes difficult for the athlete to understand. With video assisted coaching, the coach uses a high-definition video camera to capture the athlete’s form so the athlete can see what they’re doing, and what the changes look like. Video assisted coaching can be utilized for swimming, cycling and running.

Triathica uses Dartfish software, Canon video equipment and the CoachCam for swimming videos. Dartfish is the most advanced video technology available on the market and is used by coaches all over the world. Dartfish captures your form on video and permits detailed analysis including comparing your form to other athletes.

Our CoachCam allows us to capture your swimming form under water, whether in a traditional pool or our Endless Pool.
