Triathica Triathlon Training for Beginner to Experienced Triathletes

EXERCISE CLASSES

Triathica offers a number of exercise classes for those that like to train with a group. They’re fun, and they serve a purpose. You’ll know what the purpose of your class is before you take it. For example, you’ll know if your spin class is an endurance, speed, strength or recovery session. That way you can decide if that particular class is what you’re looking for.

There are two non-member options and two member options and rates vary:

  • Non-member, walk-in
  • Non-member, 10-pack
  • Member, walk-in
  • Member, 10-pack

In addition, we offer four membership options – three that include classes:

Level 1: includes club entry and no classes
Level 2: includes club entry and up to four classes per month
Level 3: includes club entry and up to eight classes per month
Level 4: includes club entry and unlimited classes per month
