I watched OC Nutrition video and she said no/low carb diets are not something she recommends. I am Type 2 Diabetic and must avoid excessive carbs. I don’t know if I have just gotten used to training and racing without a lot of carbs but what are the recommendations for someone in my position for carb/protein ratios? Thanks.
